After this recipe, you will no longer buy bread, you will make it yourself at home.

Necessary materials
4 tablespoons of olive oil 30 ml
1 tablespoon of dry yeast 10 grams
1 teaspoon of salt 8 grams
1 finger less warm water 340 ml from 2 cups
5 cups flour 600 grams

NOTE- The glass size I use is 200 ml standard water glass.
Dough holding time-1 hour
Tray yeast-15 minutes
Cooking Time-200 (°), 30 minutes

  • I made this bread today and it was brilliant. I followed the exact amounts although I mixed it in my Kitchen Aid using the dough hook. The dough was amazing and so easy to handle.....not in the least bit wet or sticky and so elastic. I formed it into 2 loaves instead of 3. Thank you so much!!!
